What does your company do?

Our agency has been doing digital advertising since 2005. In 2018, we became a Member of the Russian Association of communication agencies.

Our campaigns include SMM, search advertising, bloggers, and media ads. Each phase of these campaigns takes place at a certain period and involves certain assignees: the project manager, targeting manager, SMM manager, designer, and search advertising specialist.

Getting started with GanttPRO

How did you decide on GanttPRO?

When we run a campaign, I track that it develops according to a media plan. To follow this plan, we use Excel.

Previously, we used Google Docs where we used to log time by people and days. But we had been facing lots of difficulties. For example, clients couldn’t log and control time and see how the campaign was running. I had to do timing manually in Excel. That was absolutely inconvenient as we couldn’t change anything.

That’s why I started looking for a tool that combines timing options and a Gantt chart.

Do you use GanttPRO to communicate with your clients?

Yes. When we agree on a deal, I set the timing for clients and show what we will do during the advertising campaign.
